I ordered some things a few weeks ago and I got them quickly (as have other orders beforehand). My only gripe is that now for orders over $100 you have to use Global Express mailing which is another $25 (I'm in Europe) - actually that in itself isn't the problem, but since they declare it as merchandise valued at $99.99 I end up having to pay customs on it. They used to just write the "person to person" type customs declaration and so things got through without the customs expense & delay. But as that's a much more reliable system (and customs are the buyer's problem, to be fair) I can see why they'd do it this way now.

That's no good news for me as well..  :-\
I intended to order parts to rewire my JM but I guess I'll try another store... Is it me or it's very hard to find online stores that sell everything needed for Offsets ?

Here is a store from wich I ordered parts and pickups a few months ago (total amount over 150$), I received my order quickly, no mistakes were made and I paid no customs on it
http://www.specialtyguitars.com/

The only drawback for me is it seems they don't have all the JM parts I need... but maybe it will help some of you !  :)

Yep they suck. >:(

Sent me the wrong part. I contacted them via email to return it and they wouldn't repond back to me. Horrible customer service.

I will never order from them again, as well.

I got wrong parts once, but they sold fast on ebay... and i will take chances again with them for small orders as they are cheap.

My experiences with them have been varied. Sometimes I got the correct items quickly, sometimes I got the wrong items either quickly or sometime less than quickly. I avoid them if at all possible. I figure that they are just really busy and tend to make a lot of mistakes or just don't have the personnel to follow up with everything.
