I can't really decide between the blue and the white, they're both gorgeous, I just dont like the way white guitars age.

Cool! is it a sticker or painted on?

Sticker. I had to trim the white around the hair though.

Even better comic book series. If you liked the movie and have never read any of the graphic novel‎s i suggest checking them out some time.

He speaks the truth, they're great.

We need more comic book nerds in the rock and roll world, I feel like a cultural anomaly sometimes

Yes, after swapping the neck for an Allparts Mustang neck with 7.25" radius and truss adjustment at the heel. I also replaced the pots and switches and installed AVRI pickups and brass shielding.

you really must review his thread on the rebuild of it.. (linked a page or so back)

I know it had me imagining, "Heck, I could do that!" for a few hours... I've come to realize that I can't and I'm okay with just playing my regular surf green VM Jag without attempting (and botching) all that work. ;)

The guard for the vm jag was a perfect fit, just had to loosen the screws on the vol and tone plate.
From what I've read on this site, your vmjm would need a new mounting bracket for the rhythym circuit volume and tone controls. Everything else should line up.

Here's mine in front of my Traynor. I'm not going to get flamed for having a maple fretboard, am I? I got this neck off ebay for my first guitar (partscaster) mainly because it was just as much as an unfinished mighty mite neck and it came with tuners. It turned out to fit my hand perfectly and now it will never leave my number one guitar (although the body will undoubtedly change haha).

Nice, you dont see a lot of jm/jag with maple necks, except maybe in Phil X/Frettedamericana oddball demos.
