It came today!
The finish is a little rougher than the eBay images (as I expected), but the good news is that it plays great and in tune even between problem chords like E to D. The action is low with no buzzing. Barre chords are no problem. It doesn't have a stiff playing feel to it like some 12 strings. No tuning/intonation hassles either, like my previous Rics. I am at work and have only played it unplugged, but it sounds great. It's definitely a keeper.
The case is really rough, as I expected. Doesn't matter much to me.
I've actually thought about paining it - perhaps Burgundy Mist - it would look great with the tort guard. I know the purists will probably cringe at a refin, but with some work this guitar could look really great.
I'm really busy for the next several days, but will post some photos next week sometime.

Yes, I thought that would be the reaction to a refin. I'll clean it up really well and probably keep it as is.
