yeah dylans the man thos photos are all great,i really like how big the offsets look on him.id love to make a bronco or mustang in proportions same as the larger offsets as im getting on a bit and while i love these guitar theyre just too small for me to play :fp:

I know this is a near archival thread, but so are the guitars we like here. Pic of the Bob with a Jazzmaster tend to be from the 1965 Forest Lawn show, did he pay for the guitar? unlikely! even the Tele that he played on the big 66 tour was borrowed from Robbie Robertson. Almost certainly Fender gave him a shitload of equipment, that was common back then. Re the pic of Bob and a Jaguar at the Highway 61 sessions in 1965, I am fairly confident that the Jaguar belonged to Al Kooper who was actually a guitar player more so than keyboards, he was asked to come to the session to play guitar but froze when he saw Mike Bloomfield sitting there, so he drifted around the studio content to watch the happenings, sat down at the Hammond B3, had never touched one before, was told by the producer to leave it alone, the producer was called to the phone, and the rest was history.
