Blood Red Shoes were playing in my town last week. Here's a picture from that gig

The opening act was a group called The Sugarettes. Not too bad either

But this Blood Red Shoes girl is darn sassy and hot. If I could get their music to load on the computer, I'd comment on their music.

I like them alot! They're almost like a female-voiced Bloc Party (I only heard the songs I Wish I Was Someone Better and You Bring Me Down, so if their other stuff isn't like those songs, forgive me)

Maybe her fingers are sore from playing bass. When I started playing bass years ago, I developed serious blisters on all left hand fingers. Had to put some bandage tape around 'em to continue playing. But a glove looks a lot creepier.

I've known Steve for about 10 years and played with his bands through that time and as a result played with BRS lots. Super nice folks.
