So I've found another forum that allows this to happen?
I don't understand why this is allowed or done on any forum that allows sales. You don't have to tell what you actually sold the item for, but why remove the asking price and replace it with "SOLD"??
Other forums I belong to do not allow this practice as the asking prices on items for sale are a valuable asset to other buyers and sellers as to the ball park value of items you might wish to buy or sell.
Does anyone else have problem with this practice, or conversely have a reason why you think removing your asking price is warranted?
Removing prices after sale??

If I was a byrd, I'd be mighty sore every time they shut the door and I don't think I'd sing...

So from this admin post I take it that members who remove the prices from the post are in violation of the forum rules?

You can take it as a courtesy request, there's no provision in the rules to prohibit post-sale editing. Personally I don't have a problem with it.moleng1 wrote:So from this admin post I take it that members who remove the prices from the post are in violation of the forum rules?
