It'd be so much easier to admit that I was born and raised in New Jersey if it weren't for that band...

Re: Blonde Fender Amps Thread....
Here is my 63 Bassman. Yall are gonna dog pile me when you hear hos I got it.
I was getting my stereo fixed at a local radio shop and I saw it standing on is side on the floor behind the counter. # months later when I was picking up my stereo it was still there.
As the guy was bringing my stereo to the counter he tripped over it and knocked it over. He started yelling at his brother that he has been telling him to throw the GD thing out!!
I asked him if I could have it... he said sure so I IMADETLY took it out to my car, as I was coming back in he said you can have this too, it was a 65 Duel Showman!!!.
Att they needed were Tubes! I have it matched up w/ a 4x10 Marshall cabinet this combo gives that tweed tone.

My two amps are a '63 Bassman and a '62 Deluxe.
I'm all about the brown/blonde era. Hands-down my favorite Fender amps.

Re: Blonde Fender Amps Thread....
Blond w/ wheat is ABSOLUTELY the best looking combo of all time, IMO.
I once had the opportunity to play a blond/ wheat Tremolux w/ matching cab and it was out of this world cool. Best sounding amp I've ever heard with a JM.
