Re: Inserting an Image
Does anyone else have a problem with photos being cropped off and no ability to scroll sideways to see the rest of it when viewing on a mobile device/phone? (iPhone in my case) When I look at some pictures posted here, (including ones I posted myself) they are cropped off the right side, and you cannot scroll across to see the rest of the photo. I should note that I'm not using any sort of OSG app or anything.

Yeah, even on my laptop larger/oversized images get cropped. If it's something I really want to see I right-click and choose 'view image' which opens it in a new tab, scaled to fit the browser window.

Re: Inserting an Image
Weird... this is the only forum I frequent that does this... although I do like the fact that pics can be posted full size... some forums resize pics and you need to click on the bar below them to enlarge... perhaps that's part of the issue with pics being cropped?andy_tchp wrote:Yeah, even on my laptop larger/oversized images get cropped. Re: Inserting an Image
Are there any free services that will host pics we can post here? I had an imageshack account but it was only a free trial & has since expired.

Photobucket, imgur, minus, etc.
Most will have a bandwidth upload &/or download limit but there's usually a lot of headroom - I have had a photobucket account since before the forum started and never once hit the limit.

You can share any images stored in a Dropbox account as well but it takes a little finagling to get the viewable URL.
