I just received a replacement metal switch tip and a replacement trem arm with an ivory tip for mine this morning.
The tip on the term arm matches the colour of the pickup covers so the look is complete. Thanks again to John at Staytrem.

Good mod Rich. I've never understood why they don't come with the aged trem tip to start with, it really sticks out like a sore thumb in the pictures I've seen. I'll be doing the same once mine arrives, a spare trem arm is always a good thing anyway.

Very nice! Thanks for the pics, y'all. Lovely to see the JM and jag next to each other. Love both colo(u)rs, but this pretty much seems to confirm that this is the green I've been hoping for. Very excited about that!
The cream switch tip looks great! Did you get the whole thing from Straytrem? I was thinking of ordering a set of AV65 strat switch tips and hoping for the best on mine. Already dreaming about possibly putting a spitfire tort guard on it...

You don't have to buy another bar, you can swap the tips yourself. I did it, it was pretty easy to remove, but a pain in the ass to apply the new tip.

In my head, I think of the strat trem being thicker than offset trems, but the picture does look right...
It's a strat tip.

I just bought a new trem arm with the desired Ivory tip to save messing around changing tips.
I also got one with a black tip for a project I've been working on......
If anyone is going to any of the forthcoming Johnny Marr shows, you may catch a glimpse.....tour starts tonight in Lincoln.

I've got mine. The already arrived Staytrem bridge is on, and its a beauty. It feels a couple of pounds lighter than my Oly White one, and the finish is something else. Really happy with my purchase.
Looks like my plan will work out, where my white will be my gigger/beater and used to try a few mods, and I'll keep the sherwood for good.
And here they are together, in front of a very apt poster (soon to be framed if it's staying there

)

God damn, kylef...you're making me want to own a second Johnny Marr Jaguar as well. If a sherwood green pops up in the for sale thread for around the $1000 mark, I'll grab one without a second thought.

1000 dollar mark.. geez, I would hope so. I think everyone here would jump on that! I don't see these ever hitting that low of a price point on the used market unless Fender opens the floodgates and makes a ton of them.

If I saw one that low I'd be jumping all over that and have 3

I got a KO for $1100, another user here sold his on ebay for $1150 with an official Staytrem on it. That's what I mean in the "$1000 range", MSRP is in my definition the $2,000 range.

I heard only 19 but my hearing isn't as good as it used to be - thanks to 17 years of touring with loud bands.

Yeah 90 does seem a lot for a worldwide limited run I suppose...
