Are you planning on using Jag or JM scale length? If Jag, there's not enough room between the bridge and the neck for 3 JM pickups, and even with the JM it's pretty tight - you need to leave enough pickguard between the pickup screws to keep it all held together.
Good luck!

This is based on a jazzmaster body and neck , im on my way for the pickguard (im building it)  there is little room between the pickups for the middle one but i think its gonna be ok .
