I would love to be able to search the forum for info about the Squier VM Jaguar I am considering buying, but when I search for those terms it ignores the VM and the Jaguar as being too common, so all I get is threads about Squires.
This seems odd too me.
Can't search for Jaguar?

Use google and do
"squire vm jaguar" site:offsetguitars.com
you need a smart search engine for such things, google will retrieve both pages with vm and vintage modern and jag instead of jaguar. Even if it did not ignore Jaguar, it would not help much, almost everytime squire is mentioned here so are jaguars, it would not thin the heard much at all. "Jaguar" is only slightly more specific than "Guitar" in this place.
