Dude, that blue and tort Toronado looks amazing! Great job, Squier. They’ve really been killing it lately. I feel like it’s Fender’s playing ground. Where they can let their hair down and get weird unapologetically.

And if that's not their actual Mission Statement, it ought to be. They should have that installed on the wall at the main entrance to their offices.thisisnickpaige wrote: ↑Fri May 15, 2020 12:32 pmGreat job, Squier. They’ve really been killing it lately. You made me have a look again and now I'm imagining the Graphite Supersonic but with a tort pickguard...I hope they continue this trend.thisisnickpaige wrote: ↑Fri May 15, 2020 12:32 pmDude, that blue and tort Toronado looks amazing! I actually preordered one of the Esquires when they went up, not sure when it'll get shipped but I'm pretty excited for it.manwithtitties wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 10:11 amsweetwater has some FSR squiers up as well, altho the only offsets are jazz basses. the us is getting their esquires too it seems.

I'm sure some Fender dealer in '64 looked at the new Duo-Sonic II and thought, "That's not a Duo-Sonic. That's a Mustang".

With the Mini Jazzmaster seemingly available/shipped to customers, I guess the whole series is about to get official soon now...

You're my hero. I normally would have done it but I didn't have the time. Thanks!

Glad the cyclone has arm contour (presumably tummy cutaway too?) Seemingly only the Bullet and maybe some MIJ specials have had contours on Mustang-like bodies recently.

Re: Squier 2020 line
And I don't know if it's been mentioned, but the Cabronita Baritone seems to be 27" scale (and not 30"). I couldn't find the info, so I Photoshoped the above picture and made the body match with the Cabronita Thinline. That's one extra fret, and would be a conversion neck, if I'm not mistaken. However, the Toronado is a true 24.75" like the original, no conversion here.
