Damn! I was really hoping you were going to say that you purchased it from some unknown pickguard manufacturer...
I would have called them tomorrow.

How did you do the neck? It looks really nice - tough to get that old dirty grain in the neck look.

I'll have to post some good pics of the necks I do. I actually do all the aging first and then spray the final lacquer coats and hand rub them out. That way - it's super thin nitro and feels great and worn - but the actual "worn" look is under the lacquer so it doesn't GO AWAY
I'm actually REALLY happy w/ the backs of the necks. There's a lot of subtle detail that you'll only see while holding the guitar though. Pictures make things look "even" - while in person - there's all these subtle variations and shades

I want you to paint my partsmaster

It's not about the gear! It's about you, your hands, your imagination, your feelings.

Interesting - I think I read where GVGC did something similar. Must be a dark stain your wiping out and sanding back to get the grimy grain look.
...again - great job!

Judging by the pictures, they really look like vintage guitars.

WOW, those are all BONAR, as Aen would say.
That is the most beautiful Strat I've ever seen, BTW.
