RM brand console channel strip thingies. I don't know anything about them - fortunately they're labeled "equalizer" and "line amp," but I have no idea if they work or if they're worth anything.

My father in law wants me to sell them for him, but I don't know if they even have value. Anyone here have any idea? Thanks!

Can’t speak to value as-is… obviously you’d need to build a power supply and add I/O connections to rack them.

If selling them as-is untested, that’s obviously not the way to get top dollar (whatever that even would be)

He was in the bass amp industry for 25 years and accumulated a bunch of cool stuff over the years. I’m helping him thin out his collection basically.

I’m tempted to make an offer on them but fuck, I don’t need any more projects.

This one is gonna be a challenge for someone, unless there’s service documentation out there (unlikely).

They’ll have to trace the whole schematic to determine the pinout of those edge connectors; make an educated guess about power supply requirements, design a chassis and PSU…

Unless someone has a RM console and is looking for spares, that is…
