In 2021-2022 I had a problem with a new Charvel that turned out to be serious (required re-necking).

The dealer was ignoring me, so I reached out to Fender. They said, "Why don't you try this repair shop two cities over?" To be clear, I live in Toronto, one of the most populous cities in North America.

I have read a lot of stories of Fender taking care of people and honestly, I'm envious, because it hasn't been my experience.

they didn't do anything. which is ok, bc GC did.
If I was a byrd, I'd be mighty sore every time they shut the door and I don't think I'd sing...
