I have a revalation rjt and saw these for sale do you think it would be a good upgrade¿ I like the colors and my rjt is just sunburst
I haven't even seen the Revelations before but it but it's interesting that their Bass VI seems to be the only one with an offset trem on it. I've become a really big fan of the offset trem this year.

They had both a solidbody and a thinline 25.5" scale model with an offset trem (RJT-60 DLX and RJT-60 TL DLX) but the company folded due to covid-related supply chain problems just after these were released... I don't think many were made.

My bass player has one of the Revelation VIs, it's really solid. Ugly headstock aside it plays nice and has tons of sound options with the varitone. She uses the trem quite a lot too and it seems to hold up pretty okay.
Through the tallest wave, into outer space.

i dont mind the headstock on the revelation guitars. its not the best but there is much worse on the market from bigger companys some are really ugly.

Would these tuners fit a 40th Anniversary JM?

Yup. Are you having issues with the tuners on your guitar, though?

Not really. Few tuners are not too smooth, but I could live with that. It's more about completing the modding process (and getting rid of the last gold left  ). Thanks for confirming :)

Oh, I did that as well... Although I did so with a couple sets of Classic Vibe tuners I got cheap on Reverb or eBay. LOL

And one more thing - I didn't have opportunity to try modern Am Pro bridge until now, but this thing is absolutely on par with Staytrem, imho. Very well machined, tight, no rattle and buzz at all, doesn't sink at all, returns to center even after wild divebombing ... for the same money.

I have this on my workbench.
Just needed a setup. The toggle switch is kinda toast. I may have to replace it. It only selects the bridge pickup rn.
I haven't opened it up yet.
The laurel is the usual ugly grey colour. I oiled it and it looks slightly nicer.
Overall, it's a very nice guitar. I don't even mind the gold hardware.

Quick question for those who got to play both:
Are these the exact same beefy necks as were on the FSR 70s JM with the matching headstock Squier did last year?
And how do they compare to the Fender AVII JM necks?

I'm not sure if they're the same as the FSR or how they compare to the AVII but the 40th laurel board Blocks & Binding necks are chonkers. I bought one of the necks on Reverb and just had to get a second one.

The maple board 40th necks are a slimmer profile.
