It would be a cool design to screen print.

Re: Gibson Garage London
I don't know if international peeps can, but I can buy it online. I'd be happy to send you one if you don't want to wait for them to get stocked there.

I just saw one of their Instagram reels that had it briefly shown. Actually a Flying V custom, so block inlays and the diamond shape Jack plate. Still very very pretty, just a different vibe to the 58s.

Hey thanks Tom! I will see if they have any the next time I am in town and if not I'll drop you a message.

Re: Gibson Garage London
probably silly but it'd be funny for you to drop in with your recent acquisition and "see if they'd trade this old thing for something newer".

Re: Gibson Garage London
Finally got over my fear & went to the Gibson Garage yesterday with my brother. It was… fine? It was fun seeing so many Les Pauls & they had some cool colours. But ultimately the whole experience left me feeling nothing.
When you fill a shop full of guitars that cost over £2k and the sales people are making no effort to sell them, it really kills the mystique of high-end products. Just realised I didn’t even see where the downstairs was.
Played a lefty Gibson Dove as someone half-assed asked me if I wanted to try anything just as I was checking the £5.6k price. It felt nice, and sounded rounded & well-balanced. The music was on so loud that I couldn’t hear it properly- no idea how you’d buy an acoustic on more than looks & feel in that place.
I did love the volume of expensive branded tat though. And yet, despite them having loads of stuff with the 90s logo I remember lusting after as a youngster, I left empty handed.

I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?
