That’s rad. Probably wants a super distortion. Huge fan of that pickguard.ThePearDream wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 5:28 amNot mine. Spotted this on Reverb and thought some of you might like it.

That same seller has a listing for the pickguard by itself, and a black one with the normal pickup cutouts.

Managed a little Cornetto group shot, just minus the partscaster backup Tele I recently re-acquired as I left it at the rehearsal space...

I am considering putting a neck pickup back into the JM now it's mostly out of gigging circulation. Haven't decided either way yet, or what kind it might get, but it's certainly something I'm considering.

After failing to sell this, I’ve been playing it again.

reminds me of justin trosper's et270. if i remember rightly, towards the end of it's life, it only had a bridge pickup.ThePearDream wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 5:28 amNot mine. Spotted this on Reverb and thought some of you might like it.

Realized I never posted this. Esquire in a Mary Kaye finish with a single TV Jones Powertron built for me by Erick Coleman ( a bunch of you probably follow him on Instagram). Do you like Malcolm Young? Who doesnt.

Very cool. I’ve wanted something similar with the pickguard removed for that Billy Gibbons vibe.

Nothing fancy here, but this Tokai TJ54 (Made in China) is at least as good or better than most solid-body Epiphones I've tried and actually has really solid fret work. Scratches the LP DC Junior itch for me for now... I've also been tempted to try the Eastman SB55DC/V, or if Gibson made an affordable one in a color other than Walnut, I may not be able to resist!
