I had one of these 70’s Jazzmaster FSR’s for a second but hated the neck. It was a U and seemed a bit on the narrow side of things so I moved it on

I like block inlays as much as anyone else, but would love some CV JMs/Jags without them.

+1
...and available in Europe!
I think Andertons in the UK do too. They released a version of the CV 50s Tele in Peter "Danish Pete" Honore's signature Purple, for example. And in lefty too! I didn't get one, but I seriously contemplated it for a while because they look lovelythevolumecontrol wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 5:27 amIt seems Chicago music exchange in the states is the only vendor to run special colors on things.

Seems like andertons and CME share the special run orders. Now that Thomann has the burgundy mist offsets, I’m wonder who in states will be selling them…. Or maybe we don’t get them here because of the insane political landscapeLeftyJ wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 11:26 pm+1

I think the deal is that CME and Andersons team up to meet the minimum order on a special run, and to share the financial risk. Thomann usually just does the minimum order themselves. Similarly, GC in the US does a lot of FSRs with Fender (not as much with Squier).
