I would go with a black PG as well

Re: Antigua offsets?
If it IS the same guitar, then he must have had the fretboard changed on the neck or even the whole neck changed. The "costello" on the brown stained jazzmaster is more in the middle and the "elvis costello" on the marlinburst jazzmaster is spread out evenly throughout the neck. I'm pretty sure he just has two jazzmasters. I can't see why he wouldn't have two. I used to have lots of pictures of his jazzmaster but they have gone missing/deleted...
Oh well, I like both of his guitars. I like Elvis Costello, period.

Re: Antigua offsets?
I agree that Elvis C most likely has 2 JMs, and I can think of several reasons why the inlays on the neck seem a bit confusing.
Perhaps the first inlay didn't play well and he had it redone. Maybe even used a different neck while the inlaid neck was off getting redone. I see no reason why the necks, both inlaid and regular, couldn't have been swapped around a number of times. And there's no reason why Elvis wouldn't have had both of his JMs finished and inlaid in much the same way. If that's the look he likes, why not have two of them?
Speaking of Elvis C, the guitar playing on "Alison" is some of the nicest Jazzmaster playing ever. Sounds great, very well played, and a great song. Elvis C is allright by me.

I used to have a 70's kitchen, but it was "harvest gold" and not avocado:

That's my Mikey, unhappy about something in the sink. I'm behind the camera.
Here I am, waiting for dinner:

I don't know. I'm not older...

Re: Antigua offsets?
I think this one looks a bit better than that monstrosity above - here's a rather rare (...) mint Starcaster that was offered for sale last year (in Chicago if I'm not mistaken) :
