Hi all,
I'd like to share with you some pics of my refinished Bass VI that I have just completed (bar a few details)
It's taken about a year to complete and I'm pretty happy with it. I'm trying to find an optimum setup, but it's sounding pretty good. A set of Labella flats would be nice!
Obviously I'm yet to install the proper string tree.

Very Nice!!! I have an extra string tree from my build, if you want it. Just give me your mailing address.
Great job!

Wow! It loks really nice. The color looks great. The pickguard really pulls it all together.

Thanks guys.
I like the way the yellowed clearcoat is thicker in some spots than others, so gives it that uneven aged look.
Thanks to Doug and Fender Bob for the chance to grab one of the good repro decals.
And thanks very much for the tree offer!

I think it is beautiful. I also would like to point out that I find it amazingly awesome that you have a copy of My Bloody Valentine's Loveless on vinyl behind the guitar, along with some good U2 and -I may be wrong- but The Hanging Garden single by The Cure.

very very nice indeed - nice work!
(and a +1 on the Loveless too - and I have that U2 single, too!)

Hehe, purely by accident.
The single is actually "Metropolis" by The Church.
It's actually the sheet music to "Desire" - although it's really not that hard to figure out
