The Higher Evolution Of Offset Guitars revamped

Post by Webrocker » Tue May 29, 2007 9:51 pm

Hi,

finally, I did it. Over the last weeks I migrated the site to a new, content management-driven, code-base. In the process I updated the links, updated some of the articles and, most of all, reorganized the gallery.
Hope you like it!

cheers
Tom

Hello Tom!

Well done! I remember lurking around on your site for a long time, you have some great ressources there.

I have been a fan of your site for sooooo long! thank you.  :D

Love the revamp. I have bought guitars based on some of the ones you have uploaded over the years.

Thanks for the kind replies!

There are two things that are sub-optimal after the revamp... the old guestbook entries didn't make it into the new guestbook, and I still have to find a way to include a bit of info along with the guitar-pictureres, esp. owner/image originator. Somehow the "description" field of the gallery does noit work like expected. hrmpf. Always work in progress, me thinks.

Great - thanks!  Like everyone else here, I want to say thanks for the great site - I know I have read everything you have to offer over there several times over.  Thanks for providing that resource to the offset crowd!

The Jazzmaster gallery you have on that site is like porn, man. When I'm not reading all the excellent information and articles you have, I just stare at the guitars for hours on end :?

Jets,
thanks for the info.... I'll have a look at the problem! *puts rubbergloves on*

[update]
strange... the Interactive Jag link on my computer opens to: http://www.webrocker.de/jaguar/cms/jag_body.swf , which is what it should do...?!

Anyone else having the problem?

Works for me too. I have to click on the "Direct Link" but the Interactive Jagaur works fine. I'm on a iMac G4 using Safari.

Great site by the way, as everyone else has already stated, its been pretty invaluable (especially in the beginning) as an info source. That Interactive Jag page is fabulous too!!

AAAHHH, ok I see!
thanks for the info, there's something wrong im the sourcecode, the excerpt of the "setting up..." article leaves the last link open... so everything after that links to that link!
thanks so much, i'll fix this.

Same here, direct link works on a Macbook Pro with Firefox.

(And I've also been a fan of the site since I first discovered it a few years back.)
