New amp came broken

I am pissed, I just ordered a new Orange amp and it came broken. The wood inside broke off and on one corner it is not connected. I am sooo pissed right now. I had a rough day and I came home and saw the package and I get this

damn, sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience with a SF Deluxe Reverb.. awful 


so is the outer box and packaging damaged?

Man that sucks! Id bet it was like that before it shipped. The boxes they use (or at least the one my twin came in) are very, very, sturdy. It would be really hard to do that kind of damage from shipping IMO. I used to work at a Walmart and we would literally throw TV's around in thier box and they would be just fine.

I ordered from a guitar place, I called and they said it was fine before they shipped it and are "calling me back after they see what the owner wants to do" luckily it was only 55 dollars I got scammed out of.

Yup, I just wanted something small to sit in my book case so I didn't have to go down the basement and could jam by my computer. My mom is bringing it to the place this afternoon so I will keep you all posted.

Yeah, I'd like to know how it sounds. I want to get a new amp for reliability and I have been looking at the Orange 30R. I have several old tube amps, but one of them caught on fire recently. I fixed it no problem, but they still worry me when playing out.

Alright, got it working, not bad for a tiny amp. The sound quality is not amazing but I expected that. Very light weight and runs on batteries. Can't wait to put this in my car hehe
