note that you will never see a shot of him playing one of those in the latter years.
just sayin' HE HAD good tastes but he still wan't that awesome

I don't know...anyone else feel like these pictures are shopped? Or is it well documented that Dylan used offsets?

Remember, Dylan was signed to CBS. They probably threw him lots of guitars and made sure a photog was around.

i've read that (at least) the jazz bass pic was 100% staged.
but you can tell...

These are real photos--I have heard Bob didn't actually own an electric for some time. IIRC, the Jag was Al Koopers...

theres several pics of him playing a J Bass in Highway 61 Revisited. Probly just playing around for a couple minutes, and some guy with a camera decided it was worth taking a few pictures of it.
