Arcade Fire
Arcade Fire
Wow. The best record I've heard in years. I bought it when it came out, and I listen to it at least once a week, still.

Re: Arcade Fire
really looking forward to their next album, Funeral was terrific. It's a shame I didn't see them live playing the whole of Funeral.

Re: Arcade Fire
I loved this clip on Conan of the two guys with the helmets on, looks like a band that really knows how to have fun on stage, and still kick ash.
Here's the clip

Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

Re: Arcade Fire
I like the record a lot but after watching this video (and some others) it looks like this is a band I really need to catch live at some point. Anyone catch this video of them with Bowie? Simply amazing.

Re: Arcade Fire
I have their "Live At Fashion Rocks" EP with Bowie. It's amazing. Their first self-titled "mini album" (pre "Funeral") is well worth owing too.
Re: Arcade Fire
Yeah. I like the way Win is credited on the album as playing "Jaguar, Rickenbacker 360" instead of just plain old guitar. That's a man I can do business with.chrisjedijane wrote: some nice offsets on stage too...
