why couldn't you place the orders and have them shipped to different addresses?

in order to get the deal it would have to be all to the same address, otherwise hed just be selling them for cheaper for no reason

not quite. I have bought multiple items online before as "presents", and had them shipped to different addresses. I guess it would be up to the policy of the vender.

if dude's only making say like $5 a guitar he's not gonna want to go through all the work and extra shipping costs to multiple customers.

With the street price being at $380, that bulk order thing would've been a good deal for some people who are near enough to each other, I think.

best net from Fender might be something like 50%+10% - maybe a little deeper, but not much....

I'm too lazy to pull up Fender's site, but pretty sure it's either $499.99 or $599.99 MSRP.

599.99 MSRP would be $270 dealer net, depending on the dealer's buying level with FMIC...

right - $379.99 is MAP - they can't advertise lower - but that can SELL it to you for lower....if you ask....

For a big dealer like Litz, the discount is generally 50+10. So cut the list price in half, then deduct 10 percent more. He's making more than $5, believe me.

So that's < $190. That's pretty cheap for any kind of guitar.
