Indeed, but really it is a masterpiece of ugliness. The sad part is how many hours went into the R&D of that guitar and that ended up as the final result

If I was a part of the project I would feel like such a douche for trying to get the public to buy it.

I witnessed the saddest thing on ebay as I was looking for more mustang parts this guy had a Diamond plate mustang pickguard up and prodly stated

they do JM guards too. i have "jazzmaster pickguard" as a favourite search on ebay, so i see 'em all the time

the handle comes in very handy when trying to get rid of that ugly bestiality (i.e. makes it easier to trow it away (literally))
makes me wonder why it was called the "monkey grip". perhaps because man isn't strong enough to throw it away far enough so the superior strength of a monkey is needed ...

They're probably even impervious to his heat vision.

I keep seeing advertisements for that "Death of Superman" thing. I haven't seen it, but I think it's safe to assume that it was monkey grip guitars that killed him.

Yeah I watched it ( good movie) yeah I think the monkey grip is a nefarious plan of Lex Luthor, its krytonite for the regular guitar playing public causing great harm if we touch it.
