Burny RSG-90 in to the Origin 5 and the 2011 JMJM in the 67 Vibro Champ. I just love cranking that VC

Is that one of the new VC Reverbs or an old SF one? If it's a reissue, I'd be interested to hear your opinions on it

The little Rat on the floor makes that photo. What more could you want?!
How's the neck on these? Nice and fat?
This one is an '09 and it's a beast. Thick and with shoulders to go with it.
I had an '03 like that and it was the same...big neck with shoulders.
My '56's neck is actually more of a C, and not as full...all the old ones varied so much.
That old '03 R4BB I had was a fantastic guitar, one of the best I've ever owned.
I had it upgraded to the max, Pigtail parts throughout, RS Grey Tigers Kit, RS Wafflebacks and a Zhangbucker Cherrick P90...it was a destroyer of a guitar, and not too bad weight-wise at 10lbs on the nose.
Here's an old photo...

Yeah, that's a stunner for sure.
arrghh. So much temptation for someone who'd just committed to trying to live with just 3 guitars. Loads of good guitars are popping up for sale at the moment too.

I don't get on with Gibsons normally but the staple P90 Black Beauties kill me, what made you get rid of it?

Ah, I assumed he meant 56 reissue not vintage 56

What speaker are you running in that? I have a 69' Champ with a Jupiter 8sc in it and it's amazing!

A Celestion G8C15. I’m happy with it

The tweed is a homebuilt monstrosity with an uprated power section, OT and a slightly deeper cab. The SF is a 69'. Both have Jupiter 8sc in them. They do sound tremendous in stereo, particularly with stereo chorus.
The LP is an Edwards.
