Very happy to have the Mustang complete the "big three". Interesting to see the Musuar alongside the two guitars it shares halves with too.

Thanks! It sounds great too! Those pickups are really unique.

I love that SG. I remember when you put it together!
The black Standard, right? I love that thing! I’ve kept the Bareknuckle Warpigs in it all this time. Those are such incredible pickups. They’re way more versatile than you’d think.

That looks fun! That's a much nicer hybrid than the Jagstang IMO.

I'm not a fan either, although the Musuar is hardly a stunner itself ;D

I remember when I had a tip off that a shop had it, two years after it was discontinued I called and they said they didn't know what a Jarman signature was. I said "have you got a really ugly purple guitar" and they said "oh yes, the Squier"

Putting it next to it's originators just shows how good the Mustang and Jaguar designs are.

Highly debatable in my opinion, it has much better aesthetic qualities and looks like an actual guitar rather than some crackhead lucid dream idea. The Jag-Stang looks like an AliExpress offset from 15 years ago :D

FYI the Venus is a rip of another design by Mercury guitars too:

Hi all,

relatively new here but I've had a great time looking through all (and I mean every single one) of the pictures in this thread right from the start!

So I figured it's about time I repay by posting my own. Not every one of the guitars in this album is mine, and some are ones that I have sold off since.

- Mexican Active Jazz Deluxe (now sold) https://photos.app.goo.gl/TBPgdAEP46LqeVsU6
- Epiphone Sheraton (my guitarist's in my band, also now sold) https://photos.app.goo.gl/ehL4K2xYjKUfNs2e6
- Squier Bronco bass modded with a P-bass pickup and mustang style scratchplate. https://photos.app.goo.gl/PnHzSkdpcuErxFB7A
- Epiphone Thunderbird (my guitarist's again) https://photos.app.goo.gl/xTQguYZKofraWc7q9
- Squier '70s Jazz (my bassist's in my band, now sold) https://photos.app.goo.gl/Hvae3T3XasgvvGad8
- Mexican Tele Thinline HH (a friend's, came to stay with me for w while for a set up, gone back home now) https://photos.app.goo.gl/TRv4X9yqTCrXSd9eA
- Epiphone Thunderbird Pro https://photos.app.goo.gl/m13oUYHfBV3mpSQK6
- Japanese Jaguar (a friend's, came to stay with me for w while for a set up, gone back home now) https://photos.app.goo.gl/833ryLPpKfCvrJcY8
- 3 Jags, unfinished one is my Dad's, Custard one is my Mexican Vintera II '70s modded, and the sunburst is my American '60 style with a replacement scratchplate. https://photos.app.goo.gl/swb1z8Da17iQ4fjv9
- Gibson non-reverse Firebird (my Dad's) https://photos.app.goo.gl/L2acBqYDUg5oWVUv5
- MM Sterling Stingray 32 https://photos.app.goo.gl/r9AVkrr8UCgXP1Qt7
- more pics of the custard Jag; Alan Entwhistle ceramic P90s, 3 position switch, Mustang Bridge, Hipshot drop-D tuner and a few other aesthetic mods. I absolutely love this guitar and it's my main gigging instrument these days https://photos.app.goo.gl/nb7RKGhUCnufCoje6
- Nevada strat copy modded with lipstick tube pickups https://photos.app.goo.gl/CAscMEn9vrAvFFrr5
- The American Jag again https://photos.app.goo.gl/kEHSM4Va3AbNjscN9
- Chinese Fender Player series Mustang with scratchplate swapped. https://photos.app.goo.gl/hupv7jPeA1gVkAfQ7

- Squier Jazzmaster modded with Fender CuNiFe WRHBs, Staytrem bridge and tailpiece and a pink mirror scratchplate (my guitarist's current main guitar, I installed the pickups and I really love this guitar, surprisingly different to my P90 Jag) https://photos.app.goo.gl/KDZRZQM4nvoZaVVz5

Ha, I wasn't aware! But I still think it's ugly :D
I don't like how it's proportioned (short and stubby), I don't like the body and pickguard shape, even if it's not quite as blobby and random as the Jag-Stang.
